Lynn South Farm (LSF) have specialised in producing dried flowers for the wholesale market since 1986. Our story starts with selling dried flowers at the local market and eventually growing to a worldwide distribution, to feed the demand for dried flower interior design during the Laura Ashley era.
After years of keeping petals on the stem, our Shropshire based business evolved to provide biodegradable petal confetti, an eco-friendly alternative to traditional confetti, used for weddings and special occasions.
Our sustainable growing and harvesting of flowers, and unique on-site drying procedures have both been developed over time. Significant investment in specialist freeze-drying facilities, solar-powered planting and weeding robotics, and continuous research and development underpins our operations, all supported by regenerative farming practices across the farm as a whole.

Petals & Roses is a luxurious brand that provides an extensive collection of expertly freeze-dried rose and hydrangea petals for weddings, anniversaries, proposals, baby showers, celebrations and also memorials.
